December 20, 2024Dave came out to solve a recurring issue. It turned out to be nothing serious and he fixed it within minutes. He charged us very fairly for his time and gave advice on how to avoid future problems. When some contractors look for ways to find bigger issues and charge more money, I greatly appreciate integrity and professionalism when I meet it. We will definitely reach out to Down the Drain in the future if we have need of a dependable plumbing and drainage specialist.

Dave was marvellous. Responded quickly. We had a flushing problem with the toilet. Solved it quickly. As it was such an easy fix for him he didn’t even charge me. I can’t thank him enough!

They very quickly identified the issue and advised us what our options were including how we might save money by contacting Thames water I felt very strongly that they were genuinely trying to get the best solution for us and not looking at what they could charge for the job I have saved their details and will definitely call them again if we have further problems
