Dave was fantastic. Incredibly responsive, came out the same day walked through the problem clearly so i understood it and helped to resolve it in one visit. He also some other recommendations we could do that that was incredibly helpful. Would give a 6th star if there was!!

Dave and his son promptly came to investigate a problem with our drainage. They very quickly identified the issue and advised us what our options were including how we might save money by contacting Thames water I felt very strongly that they were genuinely trying to get the best solution for us and not looking at what they could charge for the job I have saved their details and will definitely call them again if we have further problems

Have used Down the Drain a few times overs the years for plubling and always a pleasure to deal with. HAd an emergency last week when toilet started linking (discovered with water starting to come through kitchen ceiling). Phoned Dave (Sunday pm), rapid advice on turning water off to toilet and arranged a visit next day. Turned out the pedestal (20 years old +) had a hairline crack that had started to leak so new toilet required. His son (also Dave) came round next day installed new toilet - quickly and very reasonable rate. Very much appreciated.
