Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. They are highly skilled craftsmen with wonderful equipment and they left the area they worked in immaculate. All round very positive!

Dave came out to solve a recurring issue. It turned out to be nothing serious and he fixed it within minutes. He charged us very fairly for his time and gave advice on how to avoid future problems. When some contractors look for ways to find bigger issues and charge more money, I greatly appreciate integrity and professionalism when I meet it. We will definitely reach out to Down the Drain in the future if we have need of a dependable plumbing and drainage specialist.

October 4, 2023I couldn’t rate Down The Drain plumbers highly enough - I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I gave them a call for an ongoing issue we had been facing - multiple call outs hadn’t left us feeling any closer to a resolution so we gave DTD a try. After calling them at lunch, they managed to squeeze us in for a visit the same day, and after finding what was quite a serious leak, they still managed to fix it on their first time visit, saving us thousands on a repair that could have been extremely costly. Service with a smile the entire time - I will 100% be using them as my go to service for any future plumbing or draining needs.
