Dave came out to solve a recurring issue. It turned out to be nothing serious and he fixed it within minutes. He charged us very fairly for his time and gave advice on how to avoid future problems. When some contractors look for ways to find bigger issues and charge more money, I greatly appreciate integrity and professionalism when I meet it. We will definitely reach out to Down the Drain in the future if we have need of a dependable plumbing and drainage specialist.

We had a blocked pipe in our kitchen island… it was clogged up with fat! We tried everything to unblock it & nothing worked! The gentleman came out the next day & he was able to unblock it. Very good communication from start to finish & he did not charge an arm or a leg! I am so happy that I now have a working sink! A massive thank! We will definitely use them again in the future!

Absolutely outstanding team. They come in done amazing job, discovered underlying issues, and charged as per agreed amount before they start working. Its such a relief after having to deal with Aspect whom come in charged small fortune, did nothing and went away. Once again thank you, if it was avaliable I would give them 6 stars😄, highly reccomend the company for any drainage related issues.

Dave was marvellous. Responded quickly. We had a flushing problem with the toilet. Solved it quickly. As it was such an easy fix for him he didn’t even charge me. I can’t thank him enough!
