I couldn't be happier with the drainage work completed by Dave Jnr and Steve. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The installation was quick, efficient and the quality of their work is outstanding. Very impressed by their work ethic and I received regular updates from them across the 4-day project. Really nice guys as well. Highly recommended!

January 9, 2024Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. They are highly skilled craftsmen with wonderful equipment and they left the area they worked in immaculate. All round very positive!
May 21, 2024Couldn't be happier with today's service with Down the Drain Plumbing. We called them up in the morning and they came within 2 hours. I had a blocked drain that was too stubborn for products and even had a plumber in the week before who couldn't fix it - Down the Drain managed to fix it within 15 minutes, and it's now working better than ever! With extensive knowledge and experience, Down the Drain is 5 star service that is quite frankly unbeatable! Thank you so much!

Highly recommend using these two! They are both very friendly and reassuring whilst doing the work. We had an awkward issue with our toilet which seemed liked we would never be able to get fixed but this great father and son duo got the job done for us!
June 5, 2024Dave was fantastic to deal with. No nonsense, straight talking, was quick to analyse and give me the low down of the situation with a price. What had taken me months to achieve waiting on my freehold managers took Dave under an hour to diagnose and arrange a follow up day to sort my drains with his son David.
January 29, 2025Had a very stubborn blocked drain and they came out the next day. Very clear pricing and no hidden add ons which was helpful. Got the job sorted quickly and I was very happy with the job. Will be using again in the future!
July 27, 2023We had a blocked pipe in our kitchen island… it was clogged up with fat! We tried everything to unblock it & nothing worked! The gentleman came out the next day & he was able to unblock it. Very good communication from start to finish & he did not charge an arm or a leg! I am so happy that I now have a working sink! A massive thank! We will definitely use them again in the future!
