Really good availability and were very understanding when plans changed, which showed their flexibility and response to last minute changes. Really appreciate Dave Jnr and his fantastic customer services. Will only call one plumber from here on out and it will be them - great customer service still exists!!! Thank you guys.
June 2, 2024Absolutely outstanding team. They come in done amazing job, discovered underlying issues, and charged as per agreed amount before they start working. Its such a relief after having to deal with Aspect whom come in charged small fortune, did nothing and went away. Once again thank you, if it was avaliable I would give them 6 stars😄, highly reccomend the company for any drainage related issues.

Dave and Dave (father and son) were quick, efficient and sorted the blockage with no fuss. Friendly and arrived within 3 hours of being called. Even coped with a barky dog. Thank you both!
August 31, 2023Dave was fantastic. Incredibly responsive, came out the same day walked through the problem clearly so i understood it and helped to resolve it in one visit. He also some other recommendations we could do that that was incredibly helpful. Would give a 6th star if there was!!
April 11, 2024Dave and Dave were incredibly helpful, efficient and communicative. Repaired a cracked gully, used cctv camera to access rest of drain, gave me the photos to pass on to TWA. Job well done I would highly recommend .
June 8, 2023Couldn't be happier with today's service with Down the Drain Plumbing. We called them up in the morning and they came within 2 hours. I had a blocked drain that was too stubborn for products and even had a plumber in the week before who couldn't fix it - Down the Drain managed to fix it within 15 minutes, and it's now working better than ever! With extensive knowledge and experience, Down the Drain is 5 star service that is quite frankly unbeatable! Thank you so much!
