Dave and his son promptly came to investigate a problem with our drainage. They very quickly identified the issue and advised us what our options were including how we might save money by contacting Thames water I felt very strongly that they were genuinely trying to get the best solution for us and not looking at what they could charge for the job I have saved their details and will definitely call them again if we have further problems

July 5, 2023These guys were recommended by my plumber and are absolutely brilliant, incredibly professional and very polite. They attended my home punctually, worked tirelessly to find the source of the problem and kept me informed every step of the way. They clearly have years of expertise and a comprehensive understanding of drainage systems in purpose built blocks. They use the latest cameras and tools and left my bathroom clean and tidy afterwards. I wish I’d found them earlier instead of the previous time wasters. Highly recommend their services.
January 23, 2024Dave and Dave were gents from start to finish. After having had issues with rats in our house, they came to carry out a full drain survey. This picked up a hole in one of our waste pipes - something that had been missed by another contractor. They were incredibly professional and reassuring, talking us through the issues and process for addressing. We’re delighted with the end result, which has finally stopped the rats entering our house! We couldn’t recommend them more and they will be our first port of call for any future issues.
