I used Down the Drain to fix a problem with an exterior sump pump. They attend twice, first to disconnect a faulty sump pump (one of a pair) so that the other pump could function, and second to replace the faulty sump pump. Both times they did an excellent job, explained what they were doing and showed me that the problem was resolved. Recommended.

I had a blocked drain that was too stubborn for products and even had a plumber in the week before who couldn't fix it - Down the Drain managed to fix it within 15 minutes, and it's now working better than ever!
