Dave was fantastic. Incredibly responsive, came out the same day walked through the problem clearly so i understood it and helped to resolve it in one visit. He also some other recommendations we could do that that was incredibly helpful. Would give a 6th star if there was!!

July 1, 2024Young Dave and his fellow worker sorted out a long-standing problem with a drain (caused by shoddy workmanship when our house was build in the 1960s. They were punctual and hard working. Highly recommended if you want to support local businesses and you live in south London.

Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. They are highly skilled craftsmen with wonderful equipment and they left the area they worked in immaculate. All round very positive!

August 5, 2024We have used Down The Drain as our local plumbers on a number of occasions and have always found them to be helpful, and efficient. Most recently they advised us over the phone to enable us to fix a leak ourselves and save on a call out fee so they are trustworthy too!
April 18, 2023It was a pleasure to do business with Dave. Came in and did an amazing job installing a new pipe and an integrated washing machine (in less than 30 mins)! Have a call 45 mins ahead of arrival which was appreciated and helpful. Thank you very much.
