The guys did a great job. Explained clearly what they were going to do and what it would cost. Turned up when they said they would, did the job, and left the site looking cleaner than when they started. We’re very happy indeed.

Really good availability and were very understanding when plans changed, which showed their flexibility and response to last minute changes. Really appreciate Dave Jnr and his fantastic customer services. Will only call one plumber from here on out and it will be them - great customer service still exists!!! Thank you guys.
June 2, 2024Dave arrived early which was much appreciated and quickly sorted the problem out-I had a blocked drain and was unable to wash or bath for 5 days- and at a very reasonable price. Top Bloke.

I couldn’t rate Down The Drain plumbers highly enough - I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I gave them a call for an ongoing issue we had been facing - multiple call outs hadn’t left us feeling any closer to a resolution so we gave DTD a try. After calling them at lunch, they managed to squeeze us in for a visit the same day, and after finding what was quite a serious leak, they still managed to fix it on their first time visit, saving us thousands on a repair that could have been extremely costly. Service with a smile the entire time - I will 100% be using them as my go to service for any future plumbing or draining needs.

December 19, 2024I called Down the Drain Plumbers after putting off a dripping tap job for weeks. They were super accommodating, squeezing me into an already busy day. Dave worked fast and was very professional. Very impressed.
April 29, 2025These guys were recommended by my plumber and are absolutely brilliant, incredibly professional and very polite. They attended my home punctually, worked tirelessly to find the source of the problem and kept me informed every step of the way. They clearly have years of expertise and a comprehensive understanding of drainage systems in purpose built blocks. They use the latest cameras and tools and left my bathroom clean and tidy afterwards. I wish I’d found them earlier instead of the previous time wasters. Highly recommend their services.
