Dave and his son promptly came to investigate a problem with our drainage. They very quickly identified the issue and advised us what our options were including how we might save money by contacting Thames water I felt very strongly that they were genuinely trying to get the best solution for us and not looking at what they could charge for the job I have saved their details and will definitely call them again if we have further problems

I couldn’t rate Down The Drain plumbers highly enough - I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I gave them a call for an ongoing issue we had been facing - multiple call outs hadn’t left us feeling any closer to a resolution so we gave DTD a try. After calling them at lunch, they managed to squeeze us in for a visit the same day, and after finding what was quite a serious leak, they still managed to fix it on their first time visit, saving us thousands on a repair that could have been extremely costly. Service with a smile the entire time - I will 100% be using them as my go to service for any future plumbing or draining needs.

Down the Drain Plumbers are excellent! Spoke to Dave Snr. Family business. Booked an appointment and he found we had a faulty part, an easy fix. He didn’t even charge us for the visit. Legend!

Reached out to install a water softener. Was told a time the following week and they were on time, informed me of everything that was about to happen and completed the work in a timely manner successfully. Couldn’t recommend higher thanks again
