What had taken me months to achieve waiting on my freehold managers took Dave under an hour to diagnose and arrange a follow up day to sort my drains with his son David.

From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. They are highly skilled craftsmen with wonderful equipment and they left the area they worked in immaculate. All round very positive!

Dave and his son came out to a blocked drain and I honestly think they may have saved me from being admitted to a psychiatric unit. Several other companies had tried and failed at my expense to resolve the issue. These two re-routed the pipe which I checked today. A lovely job and reasonably priced. Very very happy.
