I used Down the Drain to fix a problem with an exterior sump pump. They attend twice, first to disconnect a faulty sump pump (one of a pair) so that the other pump could function, and second to replace the faulty sump pump. Both times they did an excellent job, explained what they were doing and showed me that the problem was resolved. Recommended.

We had a blocked pipe in our kitchen island… it was clogged up with fat! We tried everything to unblock it & nothing worked! The gentleman came out the next day & he was able to unblock it. Very good communication from start to finish & he did not charge an arm or a leg! I am so happy that I now have a working sink! A massive thank! We will definitely use them again in the future!

Extremely polite, efficient and great value for money. Really good availability and were very understanding when plans changed, which showed their flexibility and response to last minute changes. Really appreciate Dave Jnr and his fantastic customer services. Will only call one plumber from here on out and it will be them - great customer service still exists!!! Thank you guys.
