Dave came out to solve a recurring issue. It turned out to be nothing serious and he fixed it within minutes. He charged us very fairly for his time and gave advice on how to avoid future problems. When some contractors look for ways to find bigger issues and charge more money, I greatly appreciate integrity and professionalism when I meet it. We will definitely reach out to Down the Drain in the future if we have need of a dependable plumbing and drainage specialist.
